My experience with Will has been great. He listened to my needs and concerns from the very first phone call. The workout plan was completely tailored to my needs and goals, and all questions and concerns were answered quickly, which helped me perform better in the gym. Will is really patient and knowledgeable. I’m very confident in his abilities and in the plan he has implemented in order for me to reach my fitness goals prior to leaving to the navy. I’m more comfortable with my body than I was prior to beginning training! I’m looking forward to the end result of our sessions. It most definitely won’t be the last. I highly recommend.

I have been following Will's nutrition and workout program for about a month now. I've tried many plans in the past and found them all to be either too strict or way too easy. Will's programs, however, are completely tailored to your lifestyle and the results you are looking to achieve. My goals were to sculpt a better butt and arms and to lose inches all over. I'm only a month in, but I have noticed immense changes in my body already! The food that is recommended is super easy to cook, not expensive to prep, and most importantly it tastes amazing! I am taco obsessed, and Will made sure to add a healthy taco recipe in for me! The workouts are amazing too. I actually look forward to going to the gym. I am amazed at how strong I've become, and it makes me so happy! Seeing results keeps me motivated, and Will is always there to give me encouragement if I am ever feeling unmotivated-- which to me is a huge gift! If you are on the fence about this, I say throw caution to the wind and sign up!! I can assure you you will not be disappointed, and the results will amaze you!

I have been working with Will for about 8 weeks now and I LOVE IT! He’s always there to help if I have questions about the diet or workout, or if I have any concerns. I’ve definitely started to feel a change with his program and I love it. I love that’s he’s got a program personally made for me, takes the time to communicate, and he’s not afraid to push you further. Definitely recommend!

I have been training now for about 7 weeks, and even with all my common military spouse life obstacles, Will has kept me motivated and accountable! My overall goal is to lose 20-25 lbs, and I am already down 9lbs! I can see myself getting smaller, and I can tell I'm building muscle. I cant wait to see how these next 6 weeks go! The goal of 15 more is possible, especially with William's help!

I started my fitness journey back in August by changing to a ketogenic diet and trying to be more active every day. After losing 15 pounds on my diet over a few months time, I started going to the gym a few days a week but found myself very overwhelmed and lost as to where to start and what to do to reach my goals. I decided I needed some one on one guidance and training so I posted on facebook asking for recommendations for a personal trainer. Give More Fitness was one of the businesses recommended to me and after checking out the facebook page I decided to reach out to Will. I told him what my goals were and he made me feel confident that he would be able to get me where I wanted to be. Not only do I get one on one training with him for a reasonable price, I also get access to the Give More Fitness app where he uploads workouts and stretches for me so that some days I can workout on my own at home, and he checks in with me frequently. I have only been working with Will for a short time but so far I am loving it! The workouts are challenging and I can already feel a difference in my strength and endurance which just makes me more motivated to continue working toward my goals. I plan to continue to work with Will on a more regular basis over the next few months and cant wait to see my results!
